**Position Description**:
POSITION DESCRIPTION
As an RSA Archer Configuration Specialist, you will be part of the Security Risk, Compliance and Training Center of Expertise reporting to the Global Security Compliance Director.
In this role, you will be part of the Security Integrated Risk Management (SIRM) project team and responsible for the design and configuration of the RSA Archer platform by using core and custom modules including data integration development.
In this role, you will also be responsible to provide post-implementation support by gathering and facilitating business process discussions, problem troubleshooting, configuration and testing.
Your role requires a good understanding of business processes and Governance, Risk and Compliance (GRC) activities.
DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
- Design and configure various components utilizing Archer core and custom modules
- Support the project team through design, development, creation and implementation of use cases
- Implement and support complex client questionnaires and custom workflows
- Participate and assist in complete software lifecycle including analysis, design, development, testing, and deployment
- Assist end users during testing, analyze and resolve production issues as needed
- Triage, debug, and solve any complex configuration issues as part of the post-implementation support.
- Define and maintain technical documentation including system design documents, current and future state diagrams, use cases, etc.
QUALIFICATIONS TO BE SUCCESSFUL IN THIS ROLE
**Education**:
- Bachelor degree in Information Security, IT or related
Certifications:
- RSA Archer Developer
**Experience**:
- 5+ years in RSA Archer configuration
- Prior experience in RSA Archer configuration in a large organization
- Experience in successful deployments of RSA Archer.
- Experience with implementing custom RSA Archer configurations.
- Experience integrating data feeds into RSA Archer and Data Imports.
**Skills**:
- Ability to analyze, diagnose, recommend, and implement best practice solutions that resolve business processes and system functionality.
- Comprehensive knowledge and hands-on expertise with the system
- Strong knowledge of information systems analysis, design, development and testing activities
- Excellent analytical and creative problem-solving skills
- Excellent listening, interpersonal, written, and oral communication skills in English
- Logical and efficient, with keen attention to details
- Highly self-motivated and directed
- Ability to effectively prioritize and execute tasks while under pressure
- Strong customer service orientation
- Experience working in a team-oriented, collaborative environment
