**Designation: TMC Coordinator**

**Responsibilities**:

- Planning of Training schedule, Monitoring training, OJTs, Mentoring, Evaluations etc.
- Performance Evaluation: Timely preparation and maintaining score cards, planning of feedback sessions and smooth execution of process.
- Induction and visit of new joiners.
- MIS updation and filing work.
- Participation in other HR activities as and when required

**Qualification**:Any Graduate

**Experience**:0 - 6 months of experience

**Compensation (CTC)**:Rs.12,000/- Rs.15,000/- per month

**Skills & Attributes**:Communication Skills, Ability to learn fast, Multi tasking, Can do attitude

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent, Fresher

**Salary**: ₹10,000.00 - ₹18,000.00 per month
