Design and update curriculum content to reflect the latest industry trends, financial theories, and best practices in finance and investment management.
- Mentor and advise students on academic matters, research projects, career development, and internships related to finance and investment.
- Conduct independent research, publish scholarly articles in renowned academic journals, and present research findings at conferences to contribute to the advancement of the finance field.
- Collaborate with colleagues on interdisciplinary research projects, secure research grants, and actively participate in academic committees and departmental initiatives.
- Engage in outreach activities, such as industry collaborations, consulting projects, or workshops, to bridge academia and the finance industry.
- Contribute to curriculum development, assessment processes, and accreditation requirements in alignment with the university's standards.
- Stay abreast of developments in finance, financial modeling, investment strategies, risk management, financial technology, and other relevant areas to integrate cutting-edge knowledge into teaching and research.

**Requirements**:

- A Ph.D. in Finance, Economics, or a closely related field from an accredited institution.
- Demonstrated expertise in finance theory, quantitative methods, research methodologies, and a strong publication record in reputable academic journals.
- Previous experience teaching finance-related courses with a dedication to excellence in education and student mentorship.
- Ability to develop innovative teaching approaches, utilize technology effectively, and create interactive and experiential learning environments.

**Salary**: ₹70,000.00 - ₹120,000.00 per month
