**Responsibilities**:

- **Inspect Quality**: Check raw materials, production processes, and finished products to ensure they meet our quality standards and regulations.
- **Test Samples**: Collect samples for testing and perform basic microbiological tests like plate counts and mold checks.
- **Keep Records**: Maintain accurate records of inspections, tests, and any actions taken to fix issues.
- **Evaluate Products**: Help evaluate product quality through sensory tests like taste and appearance checks.
- **Follow Procedures**: Assist in following and improving our quality assurance procedures to meet safety standards.
- **Stay Informed**: Stay up-to-date with food safety regulations and industry best practices.

**Qualifications**:

- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Microbiology, Food Science, or related field.
- 0 to 1 year of experience in food manufacturing or quality assurance.
- Knowledge of microbiology and food safety regulations.
- Good attention to detail and communication skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Basic computer skills, especially in Microsoft Office.
