We are seeking a proactive and experienced Liaison Manager to establish and maintain effective communication between our organization and external stakeholders, including government authorities, regulatory bodies, partners, and vendors.

Note:

- Age 40+ Only male (Field job), Vehicle mandatory, Knowledge of All Gurgaon and bank related, Admin department

Key Responsibilities

Act as the primary point of contact between the organization and external stakeholders.

Develop and maintain relationships with government agencies, regulatory authorities, and industry associations.

Regulatory Compliance:
Ensure the organization complies with all applicable laws, regulations, and policies.

Handle necessary documentation and coordinate with authorities for approvals, licenses, and permits.

Coordination and Communication:
Collaborate with internal departments to address operational requirements involving external parties.

Regularly update the management team on progress, challenges, and opportunities.

Issue Resolution:
Identify and resolve any challenges or bottlenecks in liaison activities.

Advocate on behalf of the organization to ensure favorable outcomes in negotiations and disputes.

Documentation and Reporting:
Maintain accurate records of all communications, agreements, and activities with external stakeholders.

Prepare periodic reports detailing the status of ongoing liaison activities.

Relationship Building:
Attend relevant meetings, seminars, and events to enhance networking and promote the organization’s interests.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
