Below job description was shared for the open position. Admin Coordinator Responsible to maintain VAMS reports and Mobility process for issuing new Sim and maintaining records Updating of invoice tracker. Taking approvals of GBS & India market invoices. Coordination with Simpliance & Vendor to meet audit requirement and completion of documents process of all contractual staff Maintaining data of 3rd party contractors of admin & of vendors. Upkeep of their records such as PI & NDA forms with their documentation. Maintaining soft copy of the same. Updating on monthly basis. Maintaining Attendance and leave records of Admin contractual staff Arrangement of logistics during high level Client, Management visit & trainings Board room booking & set up for client visit Resolution of ladies Washroom issues Monsoon preparedness for medicines. Monthly stock of Medicines Closure of issues raised on Admin portal and Taking care of Stationary Requests Visiting card request process, receiving and issuing the cards Responsible for canteen Hygiene and kitchen visit and Menu Planning Only female can apply
