Bartender and Mixologist

We're looking for a talented and enthusiastic Mixologist to join our vibrant cafe. In this role, you'll be responsible for creating and serving a variety of beverages, from classic coffee drinks to innovative house-crafted cocktails (depending on cafe license). You'll also play a key role in providing exceptional customer service and ensuring a warm and inviting atmosphere.

**Responsibilities**:

- Develop and prepare a menu of specialty coffee drinks, teas, and potentially non-alcoholic cocktails (depending on cafe license).
- Craft beverages using high-quality ingredients, maintaining consistent quality and presentation.
- Operate espresso machines, grinders, and other beverage equipment safely and efficiently.
- Maintain a clean and well-stocked bar area.
- Provide exceptional customer service, taking orders, offering recommendations, and ensuring a positive experience.
- Stay up-to-date on current beverage trends and explore new flavor combinations.
- Adhere to all safety and sanitation regulations.
- May participate in inventory management and ordering.

**Qualifications**:

- Minimum 2-3 years of experience as a barista or bartender (experience with coffee drinks a plus).
- Strong knowledge of coffee brewing methods, tea varietals, and potentially cocktail fundamentals (depending on cafe license).
- Exceptional customer service skills with a friendly and welcoming demeanor.
- A passion for creativity and a desire to develop new and exciting beverage concepts.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
- Proficiency in operating cafe equipment, including espresso machines and grinders.
- Commitment to upholding the highest standards of cleanliness and sanitation.
