The Nursing Incharge oversees the nursing department, ensures high-quality care, and manages staff and resources. They collaborate with the medical team, monitor performance, and participate in quality improvement. Requirements include nursing degree, leadership skills, and knowledge of nursing practices and regulations.

- Lead and supervise nursing staff
- Set and maintain high nursing practice standards
- Develop and implement nursing policies and procedures
- Collaborate with the medical team on patient care plans
- Monitor and evaluate nursing staff performance
- Manage nursing resources and control costs
- Ensure compliance with regulatory standards
- Maintain accurate nursing documentation
