**Position Overview**:We are excited to offer a hands-on Sales Internship opportunity for motivated individuals looking to gain practical experience in the dynamic world of sales and marketing. As an intern, you will work closely with our sales teams, learning the ins and outs of customer engagement, market research, and promotional strategies. This internship will provide you with valuable skills and insights to kickstart your career in sales and marketing.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Assist the sales team in lead generation, prospecting, and identifying potential clients.
- Research industry trends, competitor activities, and customer preferences to contribute to market analysis.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to develop compelling sales collateral, presentations, and promotional materials.
- Participate in sales meetings, brainstorming sessions, and strategy discussions to gain exposure to the sales process.
- Assist in maintaining accurate and up-to-date records of customer interactions and sales activities in the CRM system.
- Engage in customer outreach and follow-up, providing information about products/services and addressing inquiries.
- Contribute to the planning and execution of virtual or in-person events, such as webinars, workshops, or trade shows.
- Shadow experienced sales representatives during client meetings and presentations to learn effective sales techniques.
- Provide administrative support to the sales and marketing teams, as needed.
- Complete assigned projects and tasks that align with the internship's learning objectives.

**Qualifications**:

- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
- Master's degree in Marketing or a related field.
- Strong interest in sales, marketing, or a related field, with a desire to learn and grow in a dynamic environment.
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and familiarity with CRM software is a plus.
- Self-motivated and eager to take initiative, with a willingness to learn and adapt quickly.
- Detail-oriented with good organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple tasks.
- Strong teamwork and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively in a diverse team environment.
