Key Responsibilities:
Office Management: Oversee and manage all office activities, ensuring efficiency and organization.
Personal Secretary Duties: Assist in managing schedules, appointments, and meetings for senior management.
Handle sensitive and confidential information with the utmost discretion.
Act as the primary point of contact between the Director and internal/external stakeholders.
Assist in organizing and preparing for meetings, including agenda preparation, document distribution
Coordinate personal and professional appointments for the Director.
Team Management: Oversee and support various teams within the organization to ensure effective collaboration.
Administrative Tasks: Handle various administrative duties to support business operations.
Pay: ₹9,000.00 - ₹15,000.00 per month
