Job Description:
Role:

- Collect and analyze financial data to produce research reports on companies and industries
- Conduct research on industry trends and market conditions to identify investment opportunities
- Create financial models and forecasts to support investment recommendations
- Prepare reports and presentations for clients and internal stakeholders
- Communicate investment recommendations to clients and internal stakeholders
- Assist in developing investment strategies
- Collaborate with other teams, such as sales and trading, to support client needs

Eligibility:

- Bachelor's degree in finance, accounting, economics, or a related field
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Proficiency in financial modeling and analysis software
- Good communication skills, both verbal and written
- Attention to detail and accuracy
- Ability to work well in a team-oriented environment
- Prior experience in equity research or a related field is preferred, but not required.

Training:
We will provide comprehensive training in options and algorithmic trading, including programming languages and trading platforms that we use in-house.

Our training program includes classroom instruction, on-the-job training, and mentorship from experienced traders and analysts.

We welcome applicants who may not have prior experience in this field. What matters most to us is your passion and interest in the industry, and your willingness to learn and grow with us

**Salary**: ₹15,000.00 - ₹33,000.00 per month
