**About the job**
We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Sales Executive to join us. The Sales Executive will be responsible for marketing, promoting and selling our unique educational domestic and international travel experiences to schools. This role requires a proactive and enthusiastic individual with the highest level of integrity, excellent communication and negotiation skills.
**Roles and Responsibilities**:
Develop and execute a strategic sales plan to target schools for experiential learning trips.
Identify and cultivate relationships with key decision-makers, such as school Principals, teachers, and educational coordinators.
Customize travel programmes to meet the specific needs and objectives of each school.
Coordinate with the operations team to ensure smooth execution of booked trips, including transportation, accommodation, activities, and educational content.
Follow up with clients to address any questions or concerns and provide exceptional customer service throughout the sales process.
Keep abreast of industry trends, competitor offerings, and educational curriculum changes to maintain a competitive edge in the market.
Achieve and exceed sales targets and KPIs set by the management team.
Prepare regular sales reports in CRM and updates for management review.
Join the operations team on school trips.
Lead Marketing and Social Media initiatives of the company.
**Qualifications and job requirements**
Age should be between 23 and 28 years.
Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Tourism, Marketing, Hospitality, or related field preferred.
Proven track record of success in sales (at least 1 to 2 years of experience), preferably in the travel or education sector.
Passion for education and travel with a genuine interest in promoting experiential learning opportunities for students.
Proficiency in English is a prerequisite, and fluency in other Indian languages is highly advantageous.
Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, both verbal and written.
Flexibility to travel extensively for client meetings or industry events
Strong negotiation and persuasive skills
Ability to build and maintain excellent relationships with clients
Self-motivated and target-oriented
Good organizational and time management skills
Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM software
Knowledge of the travel industry and outdoor education is a plus
**Salary**: ₹15,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
