Duties
- Perform blood sampling and venipuncture on patients
- Collect and label specimens for laboratory testing
- Follow proper procedures for patient identification and specimen labeling
- Maintain accurate records of patient information and test results
- Adhere to safety protocols and infection control guidelines
- Provide excellent patient care and customer service
- Assist with other clinical laboratory tasks as needed

**Skills**:

- Proficient in phlebotomy techniques and blood collection procedures
- Strong knowledge of anatomy and medical terminology
- Familiarity with laboratory equipment and procedures
- Excellent attention to detail and accuracy in specimen handling and labeling
- Ability to prioritize tasks and work efficiently in a fast-paced environment
- Strong communication skills to interact with patients, healthcare professionals, and laboratory staff
- Compassionate and empathetic approach to patient care
- Ability to maintain confidentiality of patient information
