- As a Salesman at Ruchak India, you will be responsible for driving sales and promoting our FMCG products to retailers, wholesalers, and customers.
- You will play a vital role in expanding our customer base and ensuring the availability of our products in the market.
- You are responsible for taking order from the retailer shop.

**Key Responsibilities**:
**Sales and Distribution**: Promote and sell Ruchak India's products to retailers, wholesalers, and other potential customers within the designated sales territory.

**Customer Relationship**: Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and potential customers to understand their needs and provide excellent customer service.

**Product Knowledge**: Develop in-depth knowledge of Ruchak India's product line to effectively communicate product features and benefits to customers.

**Market Research**: Stay updated on market trends, competition, and consumer preferences to identify opportunities for business growth.

**Order Management**: Receive and process customer orders accurately and efficiently, ensuring timely deliveries.

**Merchandising**: Ensure proper product placement and visibility in stores, including monitoring and restocking shelves as needed.

**Reporting**: Prepare and submit regular sales reports and feedback to the sales manager, highlighting achievements and challenges.
