Job Title: FEA ENGINEER

Role and Responsibilities

1. 3D Meshing in NASTRAN & other FEA solver

2. FEA analysis(Linear, Non-Linear & Fatigue) in NX-NASTRAN & LS DYNA

3. FEA report preparation

4. Study and implementation of new CAE as per customer requirement

5. Coorelation study of various FEA solver and physical tests.

Keywords:

- Basic Fatigue Theories - Soderberg, Goodman

Ductile material - Von-mises stress, Brittle material - Principal stress

Type of mesh elements - Tetra, Hexa

Material properties used for Fatigue analysis - Poisson ratio, Yield strength, Tensile strength, Density

Life prediction criteria for fatigue analysis - S/N curve

Qualifications and Education Requirements

B.E. Mechanical, M.Tech Mechanical
