Territory Sales Executive

**Job Summary**:As a Unit Manager for Mutual Funds, you will be responsible for overseeing the sales, distribution, and performance of mutual funds within your assigned region. You will lead a team of mutual fund sales representatives, providing guidance, training, and support to achieve sales targets and ensure superior customer service.
**Responsibilities**:
**Sales Management**:Develop and implement strategic sales plans to achieve mutual fund sales targets and objectives within the assigned region.
Monitor and analyze sales data to identify trends and opportunities, making data-driven decisions to improve performance.
Provide regular sales forecasts, reports, and updates to senior management.
**Team Leadership**:Lead, motivate, and mentor a team of mutual fund sales representatives to ensure high performance and productivity.
Conduct regular performance evaluations, set goals, and provide constructive feedback to team members.
Foster a collaborative and positive work environment that encourages professional growth and development.
**Relationship Management**:Cultivate and maintain strong relationships with financial advisors, brokers, and key distribution partners to drive mutual fund sales.
Collaborate with internal stakeholders, including marketing and product development teams, to enhance product offerings and marketing strategies.
**Compliance and Risk Management**:Ensure that all sales activities and practices comply with industry regulations and company policies.
Identify and address potential risks related to mutual fund operations, taking proactive measures to mitigate them.
**Market Research and Competitor Analysis**:Stay abreast of market trends, competitor activities, and industry developments to gain a competitive edge.
Use market insights to identify new opportunities for product innovation and differentiation.
**Requirements**:
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Business Administration, or a related field. A Master's degree is a plus.
- Proven experience in mutual fund sales and management, with a successful track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and inspire a team.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities to build and maintain relationships with clients and team members.
- Sound knowledge of financial markets, investment products, and mutual fund industry regulations.
- Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret sales data and make data-driven decisions.
- Proficiency in MS Office suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and CRM software.
