10-14 years’ experience working in various progressive Quality Engineering roles with at least 2-3 years working as a Testing Manager of Quality Engineering team
Defines test strategy and is able to identify an efficient testing approach.
Agile Experience is a must
Work Expereince on technology renewals/ upgrades/ tech currency is must
Expertise in Creating Test Automation Frameworks with different tools
Hands on Experience of Automation tools like Tricentis Tosca, Selenium, Cucumber, Appium, Soap UI, JMeter, QTest, Object-oriented programming concepts etc
Working Knowledge on Test Case and Defect Management Tools - JIRA, Quality Center or equivalent
Agile Experience is must
Should have good grip on non-functional areas like performance, scalability, security etc.
DevOps
- understanding and exposure to DevOps concepts and tools
Experience of working with virtual multi-site, multi-time zone environment.
Experience of working with North America business or working in North America is an advantage.
Experience of Insurance, Financial or other domain similar domains is good to have, but not a mandate. There is flexibility on the domain front.
Excellent verbal and written communications skills.
Strong leadership and consulting skills
Strong interpersonal skills, to strengthen client relationships, building trust and inspiring confidence.
Proven ability to lead work effort, drive project forward
Open to work in Shift : 12 PM to 8:30 PM
