Front Desk Receptionist

The responsibilities of a front desk receptionist at ISBS
- **Welcoming Visitors**: Greeting visitors, students, faculty, and staff in a friendly and professional manner as they enter the college premises.
- **Answering Inquiries**: Handling inquiries from visitors, prospective students, parents, and others regarding various aspects of the college, such as programs offered, admission procedures, campus facilities, etc.
- **Phone Management**: Answering and redirecting phone calls to the appropriate departments or individuals within the college. Taking messages when necessary.
- **Appointment Scheduling**: Managing appointments for meetings, interviews, and consultations for faculty, staff, or other college personnel.
- **Information Dissemination**: Providing general information about the college's events, activities, and policies to visitors and callers.
- **Administrative Support**: Assisting with administrative tasks such as sorting and distributing mail, maintaining office supplies, and keeping the reception area tidy and organized.
- **Visitor Registration**: Registering visitors and issuing visitor badges when required for security purposes.
- **Handling Deliveries**: Receiving and signing for deliveries of packages, mail, and other items addressed to the college.
- **Emergency Response**: Being aware of emergency procedures and protocols, such as evacuation plans, and assisting with their implementation if necessary.
- **Problem Resolution**: Handling minor issues or complaints from visitors or callers with patience and professionalism, and escalating more complex issues to appropriate personnel.
- **Data Entry**: Entering data into computer systems, such as visitor logs or appointment schedules, accurately and efficiently.
**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent, Fresher
**Salary**: ₹15,000.00 - ₹26,077.12 per month
