We are seeking an enthusiastic individual with a B1 level or above proficiency in French, coupled with a background in commerce and accounting experience. This opportunity is ideal for B. Com graduates who are fluent in French and eager to contribute to our dynamic educational institute.

**Key Responsibilities**:
**Bilingual Communication**:

- Engage in effective communication in both English and French.
- Provide language support for French-speaking clients and stakeholders.

**Financial Management**:

- Handle day-to-day financial transactions, including invoicing, payments, and receipts.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date financial records.

**Budgeting**:

- Assist in the preparation and monitoring of budgets.
- Provide insights and analysis on budget variances.

**Accounts Payable and Receivable**:

- Process supplier invoices and manage accounts payable.
- Monitor and manage student fee payments and accounts receivable.

**Bank Reconciliation**:

- Reconcile bank statements and resolve any discrepancies.

**Reporting**:

- Prepare and generate financial reports for management review.

**Qualifications**:

- Bachelor's degree in Commerce (B. Com) is mandatory.
- Proficiency in French at B1 level or above.
- Prior experience in accounting roles is highly preferred.
- Familiarity with accounting software and advanced proficiency in MS Excel.

**Skills and Attributes**:

- Strong bilingual communication skills (English and French).
- Attention to detail and accuracy in financial tasks.
- Effective organizational and time management skills.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively as part of a team.
