Telemarketer

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Conduct outbound calls to prospective clients within the insurance, real estate, and pharmacy sectors.
- Engage leads in professional and persuasive conversations to promote our real estate services.
- Identify and qualify potential clients based on their needs, interests, and eligibility.
- Effectively communicate the benefits and features of our real estate offerings to generate interest and enthusiasm.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with leads through ongoing communication and follow-up.
- Schedule appointments for our sales team with qualified leads, ensuring accuracy and efficiency in scheduling.
- Collaborate with team members to optimize lead generation strategies and achieve sales targets.
- Stay updated on industry trends, market conditions, and competitor activities to enhance selling techniques and approaches.

**Requirements**:

- Proven experience as a telemarketer or caller, preferably in the insurance, real estate, or pharmacy industries.
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, with a professional and persuasive demeanor.
- Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to build rapport and trust with diverse individuals.
- Ability to understand and articulate complex concepts related to real estate services.
- Goal-oriented mindset with a track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
- High degree of reliability, punctuality, and self-motivation.
- Flexibility to adapt to changing priorities and multitask in a fast-paced environment.
- A positive attitude, resilience, and a willingness to learn and grow professionally.

Pay: ₹8,107.44 - ₹21,287.20 per month
