Placement Coordinator

**Role Description**

Phillips Education is seeking a full-time Placement Coordinator for our Navi Mumbai location. As a Placement Coordinator, you will be responsible for providing career assistance to students through job placement support, resume review, and interview preparation. You will work collaboratively with faculty, employers, and alumni to develop job opportunities and to support Phillips Education's strategic goals. This role is an on-site role.

**Qualifications**
- A bachelor's or master's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field is usually required.
- Prior experience in recruitment, human resources, or career services is highly preferred.
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills.
- Strong problem-solving skills and ability to multitask.
- Ability to work collaboratively with faculty, employers and alumni to develop job opportunities.
- Strong competency in resume review and interview preparation, as well as experience with job fairs and career counseling.
- Familiarity with job search systems, social media, and basic computer skills.
