**Internal Audit**

Ø Responsible for evaluating and improving the effectiveness of a company's internal controls, risk management, and governance processes.

Ø Determine internal audit scope and develop annual plans

Ø Obtain, analyse and evaluate accounting documentation, previous reports, data, flowcharts etc

Ø Prepare and present reports that reflect audit’s results and document process

Ø Act as an objective source of independent advice to ensure validity, legality and goal achievement

Ø Identify loopholes and recommend risk aversion measures and cost savings

Ø Maintain open communication with management and audit committee

Ø Document process and prepare audit findings memorandum

Ø Conduct follow up audits to monitor management’s interventions

Ø Engage to continuous knowledge development regarding sector’s rules, regulations, best practices, tools, techniques and performance standards

Ø Advanced computer skills on MS Office, accounting software and databases

Ø Ability to manipulate large amounts of data and to compile detailed reports

Ø Proven knowledge of auditing standards and procedures, laws, rules and regulations

Ø Conducting internal audits and reviews of financial and operational controls to identify weaknesses or gaps and make recommendations for improvement.

Ø Evaluating the reliability and integrity of financial information and ensuring compliance with accounting standards.

Ø Assessing risks and identifying areas of potential fraud or misconduct.

Ø Preparing audit reports that summarize findings, conclusions, and recommendations.

Ø Communicating audit results and recommendations to management and other stakeholders.

Ø Providing advice and guidance on risk management and internal control best practices.

Ø Monitoring the implementation of audit recommendations and tracking progress.

Ø Developing and delivering training on internal control best practices and risk management

**Auditing and Assurance**:
Ø Participate in Statutory audits to evaluate the accuracy and completeness of financial records.

Ø Conduct internal audits to assess clients' financial controls and processes.

Ø Produce comprehensive audit reports with findings and recommendation

**Accounts & Finance**:
Ø Should be having expert knowledge of Accounting

Ø Should be having expert knowledge with Finalisation

Ø Should be having expert knowledge and should be hands on with Consolidation of Accounts with Indian and Overseas subsidiary

Ø Should be hands on Indian Accounting Standards (IndAs)

Ø Preferably having the background of working with ERP software

Ø Liasioning with the Auditors with respect to Audit queries and finalisation

**Financial Reporting**:
Ø Prepare and analyze financial statements in accordance with relevant accounting standards.

Ø Ensure timely and accurate financial reporting, assisting clients in meeting statutory requirements.

Ø Client Relationship Management:
Ø Build and maintain strong client relationships through effective communication and timely delivery of services.

Ø Address client inquiries, concerns, and requests, demonstrating professionalism and expertise.

Ø Mentor and guide junior team members, fostering professional development and knowledge-sharing.

**Financial Analysis and Advisory**:
Ø Conduct thorough financial analysis of clients' financial statements, including balance sheets, income statements, and cash flow statements.

Ø Provide strategic financial advice to clients based on analysis outcomes, assisting them in achieving their business objectives.

**Indirect Taxation & GST**:
Ø Should be having expert knowledge with GST Laws / Rules & Regulations with updates

Ø Should be good at drafting letters & representations before department officers for submission of data

Ø Should have handled department litigations & representations independently.

Ø Should be having knowledge with respect to Customs laws and imports.

Ø Preferably have handled customs litigation in cases where any query or notice from customs

Ø Flexible with travelling to the company's other states and branches in the matters of litigation if any.

Ø Representation and support in Litigation matters at various levels

Ø Advice, support and review of statutory matters related to GST including preparation & filing of the returns.

Ø Filing of GST Returns GSTR-1, GSTR-3B, GSTR-6 and annual return

Ø Work on other statutory compliance like Income tax ( TDS) etc

Ø Filing GST Refunds

Ø Will look after reconciliation of GSTR-2A

**Direct Taxation**:
Ø Stay abreast of changes in direct tax laws and regulations.

Ø Prepare and file accurate and timely income tax returns (ITR) for the organization.

Ø Conduct tax research and analysis to identify tax planning opportunities and risks.
