**Job Description: Course Coordinator(IIGMA)**

**Position Overview**:
**Responsibilities**:
Promote Courses: Develop and implement strategies to effectively promote courses and attract potential students through various channels, including online platforms, social media, advertising, and networking.

Streamline Enrollment Procedures: Continuously review and improve the student enrollment process to enhance efficiency and minimize administrative bottlenecks, ensuring a positive experience for prospective students.

Coordinate with Faculties and Students: Act as a liaison between faculty members and students, facilitating communication and ensuring the smooth flow of information regarding course schedules, assignments, exams, and any other relevant updates.

Manage Student Activities: Organize and oversee student activities, such as workshops, seminars, guest lectures, and extracurricular events, to enrich the educational experience and foster a sense of community among students.

Academic Support: Provide academic guidance and support to students, including assisting with course selection, addressing academic concerns, and connecting students with appropriate resources, such as tutoring services or academic advisors.

Maintain Records and Reports: Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of student enrollment, attendance, and academic progress. Generate reports as required, providing relevant data and analysis to support decision-making processes.

Collaborate with Administrative Staff: Work closely with administrative staff to ensure effective coordination of course-related activities, such as scheduling, room bookings, and resource allocation.

**Qualifications**:
Bachelor's degree in education, business administration, or a related field (Master's degree preferred).

Proven experience in course coordination, student services, or a related role within an educational institution.

Excellent organizational skills, with the ability to multitask, prioritize, and meet deadlines.

Strong interpersonal and communication skills to effectively engage with faculty, students, and external stakeholders.

Proficiency in using educational management systems, student information systems, and Microsoft Office suite.

Knowledge of marketing strategies and digital platforms for promoting courses.

Familiarity with academic regulations and procedures.

Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team-oriented environment.

Attention to detail and commitment to maintaining confidentiality.
