**Key Responsibilities**:

- Lead the design process for new têxtile collections, ensuring alignment with market trends and customer needs.
- Oversee and mentor a team of junior designers and artists, providing guidance and support throughout the design process.
- Conduct research on current design trends, materials, and techniques to inspire and inform new collections.
- Collaborate with product development and marketing teams to ensure designs are aligned with brand strategies.
- Create detailed design specifications, including color palettes, patterns, and textures.
- Present design concepts and collections to internal stakeholders and clients.
- Manage timelines and ensure projects are completed on schedule.

**Qualifications**:

- Degree in Textile Design or a related field.
- Strong portfolio showcasing innovative and trend-driven designs.
- Excellent understanding of têxtile materials, production processes, and printing techniques.

**Skills**:

- Proficient in design software (e.g., Adobe Creative Suite, CAD software).
- Strong leadership and team management skills.
- Excellent communication and presentation abilities.
- Creative thinker with a keen eye for detail and aesthetics.
- Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹45,000.00 per month
