JOB TITLE: AGM Projects
EXPERIENCE: Minimum 10 years’ experience in handling Hirise & commercial building projects, pwd/cpwd or similar government projects, experience in handling international consultants, sound knowledge in MS project/primavera, RAB processing, drafting letters with contract clauses etc.
DEGREE: Bachelor Degree in Civil Engineering
JOB DESCRIPTION:
- Heading Project Management Division at Head Office
- Understanding project scope for proper implementation at site
- Scheduling, monitoring and control of projects
- Periodic site visits
- Cost control and analysis of projects
- MIS
- Coordinating with purchase and accounts departments
- Ensuring smooth progress of projects
- Organize weekly site meetings from head office
- Cash flow - ensuring running bill submission
- Periodic reconciliation
- Reporting directly to the management
- Coordinating with clients and consultants as and when required
- Knowledge of project management software is a must
**Salary**: ₹40,000.00 - ₹41,355.13 per month
