**Job Title: Clinical Embryologist**

**Qualifications**:

- Bachelor's degree in Biological Science.
- Postgraduate degree in Reproductive Science/Embryology.
- Experience in IVF/Reproductive Medicine is highly desirable.

We are seeking a skilled Clinical Embryologist to join our dynamic team. As a Clinical Embryologist, you will play a crucial role in assisting with various aspects of the in vitro fertilization (IVF) process and other reproductive procedures. Your responsibilities will include handling gametes, performing laboratory procedures, and ensuring the highest standards of quality control and compliance are met.

**Responsibilities**:

- Perform laboratory procedures related to gamete handling, fertilization, embryo culture, and cryopreservation.
- Monitor and assess embryo development and viability.
- Collaborate with other members of the reproductive medicine team to optimize patient outcomes.
- Maintain accurate records and documentation in accordance with regulatory standards.
- Participate in quality control and quality assurance activities within the laboratory.
- Stay current with advancements in reproductive science and technology.

**Qualifications**:

- Bachelor's degree in Biological Science or related field.
- Postgraduate degree in Reproductive Science/Embryology.
- Prior experience working in a clinical embryology laboratory, preferably in an IVF setting.
- Strong knowledge of reproductive biology and laboratory techniques.
- Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills.
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills.

**Preferred Qualifications**:

- Certification or eligibility for certification as a Clinical Embryologist.
- Experience with reproductive technologies such as ICSI, assisted hatching, and preimplantation genetic testing.
- Familiarity with regulatory requirements for clinical laboratories.
