**Position Overview**: The Grey Incharge is responsible for overseeing and managing the grey fabric processing operations within the dyeing division. This role requires strong expertise in handling grey fabric preparation, dyeing processes, and ensuring the timely delivery of high-quality products in line with production targets.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Supervise and manage the grey fabric preparation and dyeing processes to ensure efficient operations.
- Ensure adherence to quality standards and specifications in fabric processing.
- Monitor production schedules, ensuring that targets and timelines are met.
- Handle raw material inventory management and ensure the availability of necessary supplies for the production process.
- Troubleshoot and resolve any issues during the dyeing process to minimize downtime.
- Collaborate with other departments, such as quality control and production, to ensure smooth workflow and product quality.
- Maintain records of production, including fabric processing, machine usage, and output.
- Ensure safety and compliance with industry regulations within the dyeing department.
- Train and supervise junior staff in dyeing techniques and process improvements.

**Requirements**:

- Proven experience in grey fabric processing and dyeing.
- Knowledge of dyeing chemicals, machines, and equipment.
- Strong leadership and team management skills.
- Ability to troubleshoot and resolve issues efficiently.
- Excellent communication and organizational skills.
- Ability to work independently and manage time effectively.

**2. Grey Shift Supervisor**

**Position Overview**: The Grey Shift Supervisor will oversee the operations of the dyeing division during their assigned shifts. They will be responsible for managing the grey fabric preparation, dyeing processes, and ensuring the productivity and quality standards of the shift.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Supervise the dyeing process and grey fabric preparation during the assigned shift.
- Ensure that production targets and quality standards are met.
- Oversee the operations of dyeing machines and equipment to ensure proper functioning and mínimal downtime.
- Monitor and evaluate team performance, providing guidance and support to staff during the shift.
- Coordinate with other departments to ensure smooth shift transitions and continuity of operations.
- Resolve any technical or operational issues that may arise during the shift.
- Maintain accurate records of shift production, including fabric processing, machine performance, and any discrepancies or issues encountered.
- Ensure adherence to safety guidelines and industry standards.
- Report to senior management about shift performance, including production output, challenges, and achievements.

**Requirements**:

- Prior experience in shift supervision in a dyeing or têxtile processing environment.
- Knowledge of dyeing processes, chemicals, and machines used in fabric processing.
- Strong leadership and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work under pressure and meet production deadlines.
- Excellent communication skills and ability to manage teams.
- Good understanding of safety protocols and quality control measures.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent, Internship
Contract length: 6 months

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
