We are seeking a friendly, professional, and organized Receptionist to join our team. The Receptionist is the first point of contact for our guests and plays a key role in delivering an exceptional client experience. You will be responsible for managing appointments, assisting clients, maintaining a welcoming environment, and handling administrative tasks. This role requires excellent communication skills, a positive attitude, and a strong ability to multitask.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- **Greeting and Welcoming Guests**: Greet clients warmly, check them in for their appointments, and provide a relaxing and welcoming atmosphere.
- **Appointment Management**: Schedule, confirm, and manage client appointments effectively, ensuring smooth operation and minimizing wait times.
- **Client Support**: Answer client inquiries about services, products, and pricing, in person or over the phone. Assist clients in selecting services and recommend products if needed.
- **Administrative Tasks**: Maintain and organize client records, process payments, and handle cash/credit transactions. Ensure the reception area is tidy and stocked with necessary materials (e.g., brochures, product samples).
- **Communication**: Communicate effectively with stylists, therapists, and other team members regarding scheduling and client needs.
- **Sales and Product Promotion**: Inform clients about promotions, products, and services. Upsell additional services or products as appropriate.
- **Problem Resolution**: Handle any client concerns or complaints professionally, working to resolve issues promptly and escalate when necessary.

**Qualifications**:

- **Education**: High school diploma or equivalent required.
- **Experience**: Prior experience in a receptionist, customer service, or spa/salon role is preferred.
- **Skills**:

- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Strong organizational skills with attention to detail.
- Ability to work efficiently under pressure and multitask.
- Proficiency in scheduling software or POS systems is an advantage.
- Friendly, professional demeanor with a client-oriented mindset.

**Physical Requirements**:

- Ability to stand or sit for extended periods.
- Ability to handle light lifting for restocking supplies.

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
