- Voice Process**

**Roles and Responsibilities of Customer Support Executive**:
Ø Answer inbound and outbound customer calls.

Ø Handle renewals and cancellations.

Ø Provide account information and status.

Ø Provide workflow assistance.

Ø Manage all customer issues and requests.

Ø Develop and improve customer experience.

Ø Work with IT and Finance teams to resolve customer issues.

Ø Manage complaints.

Ø Maintain excellent customer satisfaction and review support tickets for appropriate resolution.

Ø Provide customer support through phone and chat.

Ø Work with other departments to resolve customer issues in a timely manner.

Ø Serve as a point of contact for customer support and complaints.

Ø Proactively identify, investigate, and resolve recurring customer support issues.

Ø Maintain appropriate documentation and records of customer interactions.

Ø Maintain appropriate files regarding each customer interaction.

Ø Proactively gather and utilize customer feedback and suggestions.

Ø Review customer satisfaction reports to ensure customers are satisfied with the support they receive.

Ø Contribute to the development of future customer support processes.

Ø Communicate effectively with peers and managers.

Ø Communicate to customers during outbound phone calls.

Ø Verifies customer requests are accurate and consistent.
