Job Description
**The Role**
- You would take on-the-job trainings on various Business Processes, Standards & Procedures falling under the scope of Quality Analyst role
- Take guidance from peers and senior colleagues on complex issues/queries from business and end users to provide timely resolution
- Understand how different departments within the firm operate and learn and implement cross-domain/department collaboration
- Able to articulate thoughts and ideas to colleagues effectively both written and verbally
**Key Accountabilities**
- Analysing the requirement from testing perspective
- Creating test plans and writing test cases under the guidance of peers/senior colleagues
- Execute test cases and report the testing outcomes.
- Report defects to Test lead
- Knowledge of SDLC methodologies
- Basic understanding of Test and Defect Management process
- Excellent communication skills

**Education and Experience**
- Freshers with bachelor's degree in relevant branch
- MBA preferred
- History of excellence in academics and personal achievements
**Skills and Activities**
- Basic knowledge of MS Outlook, PowerPoint and Word
- Good problem-solving skills and analytical capability
- Flexible and able to respond to changing business requirements
- Ability to work under pressure and successfully manage deadlines
- Deliver agreed services to the required SLAs
- Good communication and interpersonal skills
