Crane Operator

**Fixed Job Site**: Tube Products of India, Avadi - Chennai - Tamil Nadu

**Equipment**: Escorts Hydra 10/12 TON

We are seeking an experienced Crane Operator to join our team. As a Crane Operator, you will be responsible for operating various types of cranes to lift, move, position, and reposition heavy machinery, equipment, and materials within the manufacturing facility. Safety, precision, and efficiency are paramount in this role.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Operate different types of cranes, such as overhead cranes, mobile cranes, or tower cranes, to move materials and equipment as required.
- Safely lift and position heavy loads using the crane controls.
- Inspect cranes and related equipment to ensure they are in proper working condition.
- Collaborate with the production team to optimize workflow and ensure timely movement of materials.
- Adhere to all safety guidelines, company policies, and industry regulations.
- Perform routine maintenance on cranes and report any malfunctions to the supervisor.
- Maintain accurate records of daily activities and complete required paperwork.

**Qualifications**:

- Minimum of 5 years of experience operating cranes in a manufacturing or industrial setting.
- Valid crane operator certification/license.
- Strong understanding of crane operations, safety protocols, and rigging techniques.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Excellent hand-eye coordination and spatial awareness.
- Physical strength and stamina to perform the job duties effectively.
- Attention to detail and focus on safety at all times.

**Salary**: From ₹18,000.00 per month
