Digital Marketing Strategist

**Roles and Responsibilities**:

- Develop indication, regional and persona-driven, integrated campaigns, that are aligned to our strategic goals, that attract, convert, and retain business.
- Manage and develop our corporate facing website, to provide a UX and content that engages our global audience, and converts them into leads
- Develop and deliver a content strategy, leveraging in-house expertise and our dedicated copywriters to drive leads and engagement through our digital channels
- Explore new content channels and types to find new ways of engaging our core target audiences
- Drive our SEO performance across key regions and core target markets to drive organic and inorganic traffic and leads

**Skills Required Mandatory**:

- Bachelor or Master degree related to Marketing, Online Media, and/or communication sciences, or a comparable qualification ideally with marketing as a module or credit
- Experience in leveraging digital tools to drive web leads, including CMS, SEO, and PPC, ideally complemented with knowledge within WordPress, managing websites, content development, and managing a content calendar that’s aligned to business goals
- Analytical, structured, solution
- and detail-oriented hands-on personality with strong organizational skills, combined with customer-oriented thinking and a structured and forward-thinking approach to work, including proficient understanding of analytical performance reviews and connecting these into campaign dashboards and/or data visualization platforms (e.g. Tableau)
- Full working proficiency in English, any other language would be a plus
