Ticketing Executive

We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Ticketing Executive to join our team. As a Ticketing Executive, you will manage ticket sales and reservations, provide exceptional customer service, and ensure smooth operations within our ticketing department.
**Responsibilities**:
- Process ticket sales transactions accurately and efficiently.
- Maintain accurate records of ticket sales, inventory, and customer information.
- Handle customer complaints and resolve issues promptly and professionally.
- Collaborate with marketing team to develop promotional strategies to increase ticket sales.
- Stay up-to-date on event schedules, pricing, and policies.
- Generate reports on ticket sales performance and provide recommendations for improvement.
- Assist with administrative tasks as needed.
**Requirements**:
- Bachelor’s degree.
- Minimum 3 Years of Previous Work Experience as a ticketing executive.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
- Ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment.
- Proficiency in MS Office and ticketing software.
- Proficiency in English Communication and Computer operation.
- Flexible schedule, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
