- Collaborate with other scientists and researchers to develop innovative solutions for crop improvement
- Stay updated with the latest advancements in agronomy research and technology

Qualifications:

- Bachelor's degree or higher in Agronomy, Plant Science, BSC,MSC AGRI or a related field
- Strong knowledge of agricultural principles, crop production, and soil science
- Proficiency in programming languages such as Python, R, MATLAB for data analysis
- Experience with laboratory techniques and equipment used in agronomy research
- Familiarity with biochemistry and molecular biology concepts
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
- Ability to conduct independent research projects and work collaboratively in a team
- Effective communication skills to present research findings and collaborate with stakeholders
