A Account executive's responsibilities include:
- Managing accounts: Keeping accurate records of client accounts and outstanding balances
- Sending invoices: Creating and sending invoices to clients electronically and on paper
- Processing payments: Recording daily deposits, receiving payments, and processing payments
- Tracking billing: Monitoring and tracking the billing process to ensure timely and accurate billing
- Resolving issues: Resolving billing issues and disputes with clients
- Communicating: Communicating with clients to gather necessary information and resolve billing issues
- Providing reports: Writing thorough reports on billing activity with clear and reliable data
- Updating systems: Updating the system with payment information and other financial data
- Suggesting assistance: Suggesting payment assistance programs for clients in need
- Notifying clients: Notifying clients of upcoming or missed payment deadlines.
**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹18,000.00 per month
