Overseas Counselor

**JOB DESCRIPTION**:

- End-to-end knowledge from counseling to visa process about the USA.

■ Participate in conversations with students to grasp their career and educational

goals.

■ Assist students in choosing courses that align with their objectives.

■ Evaluate student strengths and weaknesses.

■ Offer advice on institutional policies and procedures.
- Proficient in management tools i.e. CRM.
- Use a lead management tool to track and oversee the advancement of student leads.
- Proficiency in MS Office, communication skills, critical thinking, and positive attitude to

promote work ethics and culture.
- Customer service experience, emphasizing customer satisfaction.
- Any other task assigned by the Manager.

**What Makes You a Great Fit**:

- 1-3 years of experience in the study abroad vertical.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills.
- Enthusiastic and result-oriented.
- Strong multitasking, time management, and data management skills.
- Graduate in any discipline.

**Salary**: ₹30,000.00 - ₹45,000.00 per month
