Production Supervisor cum PPC (Spinning and Weaving)

**Salary **:30 to 35 k per month

**Experience **:4 to 5 yrs

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Oversee daily operations in the spinning and weaving sections to ensure smooth workflow and timely completion of production schedules.
- Manage and train production staff, ensuring compliance with safety and quality standards.
- Monitor machine performance and coordinate maintenance activities.
- **Production Planning and Control (PPC)**:

- Develop and implement production schedules to meet customer demands and optimize resource utilization.
- Coordinate with procurement and inventory teams to ensure material availability.
- Track production data, analyze performance, and implement corrective actions to improve efficiency.
