Sales Support Executive

Job Summary: The Support Executive provides technical support and customer service for Tally software products, ensuring timely resolution of client issues.

**Responsibilities**:
**Assist clients with software installation, configuration, and updates.**

Identify opportunities for upselling and cross-selling Tally & other products.

**Maintain accurate records of support activities in the CRM system.**

Collaborate with the development team to resolve complex issues.

**Conduct training sessions for clients on Tally software usage.**

Ensure high levels of client satisfaction.

Qualifications:
**Bachelor’s degree in computer science, IT, or related field.**

Fresher or 1+ years of experience in technical support, preferably for software products. **Strong knowledge of Tally software.**

Excellent problem-solving and communication skills.

**Proficient in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.**

Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Schedule:

- Day shift
- Weekend only

**Education**:
