This is a full-time,** India-based,** **Remote position **with work hours that align with the US Eastern time zone business hours. **6:30p - 3:30a India Standard time**

**The responsibilities of the position include**:

- Checking with vendors regarding delivery ETAs and processing the information into our system
- Receiving parts and warranties based on spreadsheets and vendor websites
- Submitting RMA’s and maintaining the RMA queue/process
- Creating purchase orders and buying product online when needed
- Setting up part numbers
- Data entry

**Qualifications include**:

- ** 1-2 years’ work** experience in a professional office setting
- A multi-tasker who can work well in a fast-paced environment
- Accurately enter data
- Excellent communication skills (written and spoken)
- Excellent interpersonal and customer service skills and strong attention to detail
- Solid ability to meet deadlines in an organized and timely manner
