IRLY, a cutting-edge video dating app, is seeking a talented and passionate UI/UX Designer to join our team. As an IRLY UI/UX Designer, you will be responsible for creating engaging, user-friendly, and aesthetically pleasing designs that elevate the user experience of our video dating platform. You will work closely with our product team, developers, and other stakeholders to ensure our app stands out in the competitive dating app market.

Key Responsibilities:
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define and implement innovative UI/UX solutions for the IRLY video dating app.

Create wireframes, storyboards, user flows, process flows, and sitemaps to effectively communicate interaction and design ideas.

Design and deliver pixel-perfect UI elements, including mockups, prototypes, and final assets for both iOS and Android platforms.

Conduct user research and evaluate user feedback to optimize and refine existing designs.

Establish and promote design guidelines, best practices, and standards to ensure a cohesive brand identity.

Continuously iterate and optimize the user experience based on data-driven insights, user feedback, and industry trends.

Maintain up-to-date knowledge of UI/UX design trends, tools, and technologies.

**Requirements**:
3+ years of proven experience as a UI/UX designer, preferably in the dating app or social networking industry.

Proficiency in design and prototyping tools, such as Sketch, Figma, Adobe Creative Suite, InVision, or similar.

Strong visual design skills, including a keen eye for typography, color, and layout.

Experience designing for both iOS and Android platforms.

Knowledge of responsive design principles and best practices.

Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.

Ability to work well in a fast-paced, collaborative environment.

A degree in Design, Human-Computer Interaction, or a related field is a plus.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Part-time
Part-time hours: 30 per week

**Salary**: ₹234,224.61 - ₹1,113,222.36 per year
