**Job Summary**:
The Trainer Acquisition Specialist is responsible for sourcing, recruiting, and onboarding skilled trainers to deliver high-quality training programs. They play a crucial role in ensuring that the organization's training needs are met by acquiring trainers with the right expertise and experience.

**Responsibilities**:

- Collaborate with department heads and stakeholders to understand the organization's training requirements and develop a strategy for acquiring suitable trainers.
- Negotiate terms and conditions of contracts with trainers, including compensation, schedule, and deliverables. Ensure that contractual agreements align with organizational policies and budgetary constraints.
- Facilitate the onboarding process for new trainers, providing them with necessary resources, materials, and information about organizational policies and procedures. Offer training and support to help trainers deliver effective sessions.
- Foster positive relationships with trainers, serving as their main point of contact for any queries, concerns, or feedback. Regularly communicate with trainers to ensure their satisfaction and address any issues promptly.
- Monitor the performance of trainers through participant feedback, evaluations, and performance metrics. Identify areas for improvement and provide constructive feedback to enhance the quality of training delivery.
- Stay updated on industry trends, best practices, and emerging technologies in training and development. Conduct market research to identify potential new trainers and training opportunities.

**Qualifications**:

- Bachelor’s degree in human resources, Business Administration, Education, or related field.
- Proven experience in talent acquisition, recruitment, or HR, preferably in a training or education-related role.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to build rapport and collaborate effectively with trainers and internal stakeholders.
- Excellent organizational and time management abilities, capable of managing multiple priorities and deadlines.
- Knowledge of training methodologies, instructional design principles, and adult learning principles.
- Familiarity with HR software and applicant tracking systems for managing recruitment processes.
- Negotiation skills and the ability to create mutually beneficial partnerships with trainers.
- Creative problem-solving skills and a proactive approach to addressing challenges in trainer acquisition and retention.

**Location: VIP Road, Vesu, Surat.**

**Working hours: 09:30 AM to 05:30 PM**

**Working days: Monday to Friday**

**Salary**: ₹12,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
