Job Title: Back Office Executive

Location: Pune - Karvenagar

Job Overview:
Key Responsibilities:
Data Management: Organize and maintain electronic and physical files, ensuring proper documentation and easy retrieval. Input, update, and maintain accurate data in the company’s systems.

Reporting: Assist in preparing and generating regular reports for management and other departments. Ensure the accuracy and timeliness of data.

Communication: Serve as a point of contact for internal teams and external clients when required. Handle inquiries, resolve issues, and provide assistance as necessary.

Document Handling: Ensure all internal documents are processed, stored, and filed correctly. Assist in managing invoices, contracts, and other critical business paperwork.

Administrative Support: Provide general administrative support to various departments, including scheduling, coordinating meetings, and handling correspondence.

Record Keeping: Maintain records of transactions, correspondence, and data entry in an orderly and accessible manner.

Process Improvement: Identify areas for process improvement and assist in implementing more efficient workflows.

Compliance & Confidentiality: Ensure all data and records are handled in compliance with company policies and legal regulations, maintaining confidentiality at all times.

**Requirements**:
Proven experience as a Back Office Executive, Administrative Assistant, or in other relevant roles.

Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint), with experience in data entry and document management.

Excellent organizational and multitasking skills with a keen eye for detail.

Strong written and verbal communication skills.

Ability to work independently and in a team environment.

Time management skills with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively.

Knowledge of basic office procedures and office management software.

Ability to handle sensitive information and maintain confidentiality.

Preferred Qualifications:
Previous experience in a similar back-office role

Knowledge of database management and software tools.

A high school diploma or equivalent (Bachelor’s degree preferred).

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹5,000.00 - ₹10,000.00 per month

Schedule:

- Day shift
- Monday to Friday

**Education**:

- Higher Secondary(12th Pass) (preferred)

Work Location: In person
