We are currently seeking a Systems Integration Advisor to join our team in Noida, Uttar Pradesh (IN-UP), India (IN).

Basic Qualifications:

- Total 10+ years of experience in Software Testing
- Min 5 years of experience on E2E Test Manager Role
- Experience in writing Test Estimations, Test Strategy, Test Closure Reports and share with relevant Stakeholders for review, and Sign Off
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Previous experience in managing and coordinating all aspects of UAT, having had full responsibility for managing the Test engagement with senior business stakeholders and the project team
- GPPSP Experience is a must
- SEPA / Payment Experience a must
- GPPMP, GPPHC, SWIFT FIN experience desirable
- MQ, API experience desirable
- Jira / Confluence experience desirable
- ISTQB or equivalent qualification desirable

Job Duties:

- Define Test Strategy
- Develop the test plan for the tasks, dependencies and participants required to mitigate the risks to system quality and obtain stakeholder support for this plan.
- Ensure content and structure of all Testing documents / artefacts is documented and maintained.
- Document, implement, monitor, and enforce all processes for testing as per standards defined by the organization.
- Check / Review the Test Cases documents.
- Co-Ordinate testing throughout all Test Phases - System Testing, System Integration Testing, NFT testing, User Acceptance Testing, Regression Testing etc.
- Setup & run daily Test meetings with all parties, e.g. PM, Business Analyst, Development, Test & Business.
- Co-Ordinate and manage defects through the Organization 'Defects processing lifecycle' through to defect closure, via JIRA.
- Keep track of the new requirements / change in requirements of the Project.
- Escalate the issues about project requirements (Software, Hardware, Resources) to Project Manager
- Communication with the Client (If required).
- Track and prepare the report of testing activities like test testing results, test case coverage, required resources, defects discovered and their status, performance baselines etc.
- Ensure the timely delivery of different testing milestones.
- Prepare Test Closure Report, share with relevant Stakeholders for review and ensure Sign Off on Closure Report.
- Retain all Test Artefacts as defined by the Organization.
- Setup & run daily Test meetings with all parties, e.g. PM, Business Analyst, Development, Test & Business
