**Responsibilities**:
- Inspection and Testing: Perform quality inspections and tests on plastic and packaging products to ensure they meet industry standards and company specifications.
- Documenting Results: Accurately record and document inspection results, including any deviations or defects, using quality control documentation and software systems.
- Process Improvement: Identify areas for process improvement and make recommendations to enhance product quality and efficiency.
- Compliance: Ensure compliance with all relevant industry standards, regulations, and company quality policies.
- Troubleshooting: Collaborate with the production team to identify and resolve quality-related issues promptly.
- Data Analysis: Analyze quality data to identify trends and patterns, which can be used to improve processes and product quality.
- Reporting: Prepare and present reports on quality performance, highlighting areas of improvement and adherence to quality standards.
- Calibration: Maintain and calibrate inspection equipment and tools as necessary.
- Training: Stay up-to-date with industry best practices and train on new quality control methods and technologies.
**Requirements**:
- Educational Background: Bachelor's degree in a relevant field (BSC,MSC,Plastic Engineering, Packaging Technology, or related) is preferred.
- Freshers Welcome: While experience is a plus, we encourage fresh graduates who are passionate about quality control to apply.
- Attention to Detail: Strong attention to detail is essential to ensure product quality.
- Communication: Effective written and verbal communication skills.
- Problem-Solving: Ability to identify and solve quality-related issues in a dynamic production environment.
- Team Player: Collaborative and able to work closely with cross-functional teams.
- Technical Skills: Familiarity with quality control tools and techniques is a plus.
- Time Management: Efficiently manage time and prioritize tasks to meet deadlines.
