Position: Sr. HR Recruitment Executive ( Recruiter 70% + Generalist - 30%)

Location: Nr. Isckon Cross Road, S G Highway - Ahmedabad

Education: Any Graduate

Experience : 3 yrs to 8 yrs of experience as HR NON IT Recruitment & Generalist Profile

Experience: Min 2 - 5 yrs in Oil & Gas, Engineering, Maintenance, Construction, Manufacturing Industry

Age : Above 26 - 42 Years

Gender: Male / Female

Communication: English Skills - Communication Ability to Speak, Read & Write

Good Hindi skills - Ability to Speak

**Job Description**:
Good communication and Negotiation skills

To manage all gamut of Recruitment Cycle, Joining & Exit Procedure, Payroll, HR Process, Knowledge of framing Rules, Policy Procedures, Employee Retention, Orientation Programmes ETC

Manage all verticals relationship and able to solve queries

Train and support employees

Immediate Joining.

Salary : 3,00,000 - 5,00,000 P.A.

Joining: 7 - 15 Days or ASAP, Interview - ASAP

**Salary**: ₹300,000.00 - ₹500,000.00 per year
