Ipqa- Executive

1) In
- process monitoring of dispensing, filling & sealing and packing activities of DPI.
2) Perform QA review of executed batch production records and ensure the submission of Batch production records in the document cell.
3) Calibration and maintaining documentation of In-process Quality Assurance (IPQA) instruments.
4) Data backup activities of IPQA instruments as per defined SOP frequency.
5) Monitor the environmental conditions mentioned in the batch production record and SOP.
6) Reviewing Master Batch Manufacturing Records and Master Batch Packing Records.
7) Issuance of Batch Manufacturing Records, Batch Packing Records, logbooks and archival of documents. 8) In-process/bulk/finished/stability/control sample collection and delievery to QC lab/ concern department with intimation.

9) Line clerance for all production activities.

10) Responsible for execution of cleaning validation and cleaning verification.
11) Participate in performing periodic performance verification and re-qualification of Production equipment's, media fill batch records and validation protocols.
12) Handling of shop floor activities

Pay: ₹200,000.00 - ₹400,000.00 per year
