**Responsibilities**:
Track key performance metrics for warehousing for each warehouse on a periodic basis.
Ensure SLA#s as defined are reviewed for his warehouse locations and work toward improvement
Ensure productivity targets at each secondary warehouse consistently meet Business needs.
Co-ordinate customer complaints in liasoning with the regional business team
Help in Co-ordination with concern stakeholders for Roll Out/Shifting of any new/existing secondary warehouses.
Ensure basic safety requirements and ensure implementation. Ensure consistent adherence to HSE policy: level of compliance to be measured via audit process.
Follow up for consistent adherence to statuary compliances: level of compliance to be measured via audit process.
Work with the team to ensure Operating benchmarks are achieved.
Follow up for MIS to ensure the same are being submitted timely and accurately by the warehouses to the concerned stakeholders.
Ensure periodic physical verification of stocks/assets are carried out.

**Education Requirement**:

B. E. / B. Tech in Chemical / Polymer / Textile / Mechanical engineering / B. Com + Formal SCM Education

**Experience Requirement**:

2 to 5 years of relevant experience
