**Responsibilities**:
**Training Delivery**: Conduct engaging and interactive training sessions, workshops, seminars, and webinars for participants. Deliver content effectively using a variety of teaching methods, such as presentations, case studies, hands-on exercises, and discussions.

**Industry Updates**: Stay up-to-date with the latest trends, technologies, and changes in the digital marketing field. Incorporate new insights and developments into training content.

**Customization**: Tailor training content to meet the specific needs and skill levels of participants. Adapt teaching approaches to accommodate different learning styles.

**Feedback and Assessment**: Evaluate participants' progress and understanding through assessments, quizzes, projects, and other evaluation methods. Provide constructive feedback to help them improve their skills.

**Q&A and Support**: Address participants' questions and concerns related to the training material. Offer guidance and support outside of formal training sessions, if needed.

**Case Studies**: Present case studies and success stories that showcase how digital marketing strategies have been implemented effectively by businesses.

**Networking**: Encourage participants to network and connect with each other, fostering a collaborative learning environment.

**Required Skills and Qualifications**:
**Expertise**: In-depth knowledge of various digital marketing channels, strategies, and tools.

**Communication**: Excellent verbal and written communication skills to explain complex concepts clearly and concisely.

**Presentation Skills**: Ability to deliver engaging and informative presentations in a way that holds participants' interest.

**Adaptability**: Flexibility to adjust teaching methods and content based on the participants' background and needs.

**Problem Solving**: Capacity to address questions, challenges, and scenarios participants may encounter in their digital marketing efforts.

**Continuous Learning**: Willingness to keep learning and updating your own knowledge as the digital marketing landscape evolves.

**Empathy**: Understanding participants' learning journeys and adapting to their pace and learning styles.

**Industry Experience**: Previous experience in digital marketing, preferably with a track record of successful campaigns, is highly beneficial.

**Education**: A relevant degree in marketing, communications, business, or a related field can be advantageous.

**Salary**: ₹15,942.25 - ₹36,404.81 per month
