**Job Description of Event & Public Relations Executive**

Praella Private Limited is looking for an **Event & Public Relations Executive**, is responsible for planning, coordinating, and executing events and promotional activities to enhance the organization's brand, reputation, and visibility. They will work closely with internal stakeholders, external vendors, and media outlets to ensure the successful execution of events and public relations initiatives.

**Objectives of the Role**:

- Develop and execute event strategies and plans to achieve desired outcomes.
- Identify and secure venues, vendors, and other resources necessary for events.
- Coordinate logistics such as scheduling, budgeting, catering, and transportation.
- Develop and execute public relations strategies and plans.
- Plan Employee Engagement Activities and execute them.
- Work collaboratively to ensure events and public relations activities align with organizational goals.
- Coordinate with external vendors and contractors to ensure seamless execution of events.
- Maintain records and reports related to events and public relations activities
- Communicate effectively with all stakeholders, including attendees, media, vendors, and internal teams.

**Work Experience**:2-5 Years of relevant industry experience.

**Qualifications**:Bachelors of Arts/any relevant Degree

**Salary**: Up to ₹30,000.00 per month
