Gym Sales Executive

Company Description FashionTV was founded in 1997 by Michel Adam and is an international fashion and lifestyle broadcasting television channel. FashionTV India is a division of FashionTV that brings the latest trends and news in the fashion and beauty world to the Indian audience. The company believes that fashion is a universal language and brings people together.
**Responsibilities**:
**Sales and Membership Acquisition**: Actively engage with potential gym members to promote and sell memberships. Provide information about gym facilities, services, and membership options. Meet or exceed monthly sales targets and quotas.
**Customer Relationship Management**: Build and maintain positive relationships with current and prospective members. Address inquiries and concerns, providing excellent customer service. Follow up with leads and prospects to convert them into members.
**Product Knowledge**: Stay informed about the gym's offerings, including classes, equipment, and special promotions. Effectively communicate the benefits of memberships and services to potential members.
**Lead Generation**: Actively seek out new leads and opportunities for membership sales. Participate in marketing and promotional events to attract potential members.
**Administrative Tasks**: Maintain accurate records of sales activities, member interactions, and follow-up activities. Complete membership paperwork and documentation accurately and efficiently.
**Collaboration**: Work closely with other gym staff, including trainers and front desk personnel, to ensure a seamless member experience. Collaborate with marketing teams to implement and support promotional activities. Qualifications:
**Sales Skills**: Proven experience in sales, preferably in the fitness industry. Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
**Fitness Industry Knowledge**: Understanding of gym equipment, classes, and fitness trends. Passion for health and wellness.
**Customer Service**: Excellent customer service skills with the ability to handle inquiries and resolve issues effectively.
**Target-Driven**: Goal-oriented and able to work towards and achieve sales targets.
**Adaptability**: Ability to adapt to a dynamic and fast-paced environment.
**Computer Skills**: Proficient in using sales and customer relationship management (CRM) software.
**Education**: A high school diploma or equivalent is typically required. Additional education or certifications in sales or fitness can be beneficial.
